Nicole Hewett, M.D. – Pediatrician provides patient care at our Oquirrh View Clinic in Taylorsville. She comes to CHC from Florida.
Anna Holman, M.D. is a board certified sports medicine physician with family medicine. She provides patient care at the our Oquirrh View Clinic. We are elated to have the opportunity to offer this great service to our patients.
Lyly Tran, M.D. provides patient care at the Oquirrh View Clinic. She offers a full spectrum of family medicine with obstetrics. Clinical interests: providing care to the underserved, immigrant and refugee, and LGBTQIA populations.
Safia Jan, PA-C joined CHC in November of 2023. She providers patient care at the Ellis R. Shipp Clinic and is fluent in five (5) different languages.
Kirsten Bradley, PA-C after completing her 14 week clinical rotation at our 72nd St. Clinic, she was hired to provide patient care at our Stephen D. Ratcliffe Clinic.
